Plat Names List

In mid-September, Records and Tax Administration (RTA) will be temporarily moving to what is currently the Treasurer’s office while renovations take place in RTA department.   All RTA business (recordings, searches, etc.) will take place in the temporary office. We will have limited space and computers available for public.  We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and look forward to the new “RTA” to be completed in late November.

 

UPDATES:

As of July 1, 2008 the State Board Of Tax Appeals, became the State Court of Tax Appeals.  Pursuant to HB-2018, all jurisdiction and authority of the Board is conferred to the Court.  For further information,  please refer to Kansas Court Of Tax Appeals.

ANY REQUEST FOR DOCUMENT (NOTARIZATION, CERTIFICATION, APOSTILLE OR AUTHENTICATION) FOR INTERNATIONAL USE, SHALL BE HANDLED BY THE NOTARY CLERK AT THE SECRETARY OF STATE OFFICE OR BY MAIL.  PLEASE REFER TO SECRETARY OF STATE WEBSITE (www.kssos.org), OR YOU MAY CALL (785) 296-4564 FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
